A system is called a system because it used a systematic, effective and reliable procedure. But what about the SSS inquiry system in the Philippines today? I saw today while searching for blogs discussing about the current system of online inquiry by the SSS website but to my dismay, there seem to be quite a lot of dissatisfied SSS members out there.

Imagine that some of them were even OFWs who work abroad for the country and their families and them being out of the country cannot do anything to remedy their SSS inquiry problems? What kind of system could that be and does the proper authorities really know that they are having problems regarding their (new) SSS Online Inquiry? If they know it, then what could they be doing as of this very moment to tend to the problem?

Well, those are just few of the problems aside from the fact the a major one is the unavailability of the SSS website to members anything they need to inquire on something. I hope this problem, along with clamors by SSS members get a good look and the officials take time to resolve it as soon as possible
