Chief Justice Corona testifies in the impeachment court

A long speech opened up by chief justice Corona gave light to some issues but not the truth that he does not have any delicadeza not to accept being appointed to the last minute when Gloria Arroyo knew she will be exiting. Clearly he was part of some divine plan and given that he did not know what it is, still, if he as what he said did not do anything wrong must not be an absolute moron not to entertain the possibility that he will be used under his position of becoming the new Chief Justice under the divine hands of the former president.
